Philippa is a Chartered Town Planner with over 15 years Planning Policy and Development Management experience, most recently within the major projects/strategic sites teams of shared planning services, including West Suffolk Council. In the role at Greater Cambridge, Philippa has overall responsibility for the work of the Strategic Sites team, and the delivery of large-scale schemes across the two Council areas, including the District’s new towns at Northstowe and Waterbeach, and the Cambridge Fringe sites including North West Cambridge, Darwin Green and Land North of Cherry Hinton. Members of Philippa’s team also lead on responses to strategic infrastructure projects, such as Cambridge South Station and the A428 road improvement scheme.
Philippa Successfully completed the Extended Diploma (Level 5) in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute during the first COVID-19 Lockdown.
