Jane is a highly motivated and experienced manager, and qualified town planner. Jane has 30 years experience, and focused from an early stage on planning and delivering new communities (3000-10,000 homes), and working collaboratively with partners. In the Greater Cambridge area, Jane was involved in delivering Cambourne and planning for Northstowe and some of the Cambridge Urban Extensions.

Jane has held a number of planning positions and management roles and currently heads up a large team of specialist technical officers across a range of disciplines: Conservation, Landscape, Arboriculture, Ecology, Urban Design, and Environmental Sustainability.

Jane holds membership of RTPI and IHBC and is currently studying ILM Leadership and Management Level 5 and has a particular interest in establishing and developing teams and change management.
